Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Revive Wellness. My mission is to create a space where natural, holistic approaches to healing and well-being support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

With 20 years of experience as a critical care paramedic in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), I’ve seen firsthand the impact of compassionate, proactive care. That experience inspires me to ensure every client at Revive Wellness feels heard, valued, and empowered on their wellness journey.

I'm from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and now live just outside Lansing with my family. When I’m not at Revive Wellness, you’ll likely find me outdoors—hunting, fishing, gardening, golfing, biking, or enjoying time with our GSP Sage. I also love creating homemade goods, homesteading, crafting and embracing a slower, intentional pace of life.

Revive Wellness reflects everything I believe in: holistic health, genuine connection, and the healing power of nature and community.

With more than 22 years in the beauty industry, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a lifelong career. As an esthetician and stylist, I truly believe that beauty isn’t just about how we look—it’s about how we feel. My goal is to create an experience where each guest feels pampered, cared for, and completely at ease. I love connecting with people and helping them see their own natural beauty shine through. Whether it’s a relaxing facial, a fresh new style, or a moment of self-care in a busy day, I pour my heart into every service I offer. I want my clients to leave not only looking beautiful, but feeling renewed, confident, and loved. For me, this work has never been just a job—it’s a calling. Bringing joy, confidence, and comfort to others through beauty is what inspires me every single day.

Caroline is a Registered Nurse with experience in emergency care and currently works as a procedure nurse. She’s an IV pro who loves wellness-focused therapies and takes pride in helping clients feel refreshed, recharged, and at their best. Known for her calm presence and great bedside manner, Caroline makes every visit comfortable, personalized, and stress-free.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Caroline enjoying a balanced lifestyle and hanging out with her dog. Your wellness is her priority—and she makes the process fun along the way.

Kayleigh has been a licensed esthetician since 2018 and truly loves helping people feel confident in their own skin. She specializes in a variety of facials customized to individual skin needs, full-body waxing, stress-relieving services such as relaxing massages and rejuvenating body treatments.

She is constantly striving to learn new tools, techniques and skincare innovations to bring the best results to her clients in the treatment room. Guided by a genuine passion for wellness, Kayleigh creates a serene and personalized experience for each guest, ensuring every visit is a moment of renewal and self-care.

When she’s not in the spa, Kayleigh enjoys cozying up with a good book or having a movie night with her significant other, being with family and friends, and caring for her cats- finding inspiration and joy in the little things in life.

Brooklynn is a licensed esthetician and MSU student studying Human Biology. Combining professional esthetics training with her own firsthand experience with skin concerns, she takes an empathetic and individualized approach to every client.

Brooklynn performs a variety of services, including customized facials and waxing, designed to help clients feel relaxed, confident, and cared for.

Outside of work and studying, Brooklynn enjoys cooking and baking, playing the guitar, and spending time outdoors.

Spencer believes that effective bodywork is a balance of science and relaxation. With a diverse toolkit that includes neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, and active stretching, he tailors every session to the unique needs of the individual. Whether you are an athlete looking to optimize performance through sports massage or someone seeking a sanctuary from the stress of chronic illness, Spencer provides a supportive environment for all people. His goal is to provide immediate relief while building a sustainable plan for your ongoing wellness journey.

Samuel enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and athletics such as boxing, bowling, skiing, mountain biking, pickleball, and running. He spends most of his free time exercising, and spending quality time with friends and family. Sam is a Michigan Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in exercise science, strength and conditioning, and neuromuscular activation. His approach to massage is centered around helping clients feel more comfortable in their bodies, reduce everyday tension, and support recovery and overall well-being. He combines therapeutic massage techniques with an understanding of movement and the body to help clients relax, recover, and feel their best.

I am excited to share my passion for massage with every client I meet. My enthusiasm comes from a genuine desire to connect with people and help ease the everyday stressors we all carry. I offer Swedish, lymphatic, therapeutic, and relaxation modalities, with my true passion centered on all things pregnancy—specializing in prenatal and postnatal massage to ease common discomforts, support recovery, and help women feel more connected to their changing bodies. My approach is to listen attentively to your needs and create a personalized experience that leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and cared for.

Outside of work, I cherish time spent with my husband and children.

I am excited to bring my passion for massage to the clients at Revive Wellness. My enthusiasm for this field comes from a genuine desire to connect with people and alleviate the everyday stressors that we all face. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and sports massage. My approach is to listen attentively to your concerns and create a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs, helping you achieve complete relaxation during our session. 

Outside of work, I cherish time with my newborn son, Wilder, and enjoy watching him grow each day. My wife, Betsie, and I are lifelong residents of Michigan, and we love walking our two Golden Retrievers.

Tina brings over 30 years of nursing experience to every patient interaction, offering a deep foundation of knowledge, compassion, and clinical expertise. Throughout her long and rewarding career in healthcare, she has cared for individuals and families across a wide range of settings and remains deeply committed to providing safe, personalized care. Tina is especially passionate about wellness-focused healthcare and enjoys supporting patients in achieving long-term health and well-being.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys running, golfing, and cheering on MSU basketball. She also loves to travel with her husband and spend as much time as possible with her three grown children.

Tianna is a compassionate Registered Nurse who brings both skill and heart to the Revive Wellness team. She’s passionate about caring for others and helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their wellness experience.

Outside of work, Tiana loves spending quality time with her three kids. You’ll often find her playing or watching sports, enjoying live music and concerts, traveling, or soaking up time outdoors. Her down-to-earth personality and genuine love for people make her a natural fit at Revive Wellness.

Emily is a highly skilled and compassionate RN who brings care and dedication to her patients every day. Her passion for helping others shines through in her work, making her an invaluable part of our team. Outside of her professional life, Emily finds joy in the simple pleasures, like spending quality time with her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and an occasional game of golf! Recently married, she is excitedly embracing this new chapter in her life and all the adventures it brings. Down-to-earth and approachable, Emily has a natural ability to connect with people, making her a cherished friend and colleague.

Rachel strives to ensure that your visit to the spa will meet your expectations. She wants to make sure the clients needs are being met. Whether it is at the front scheduling appointments or assisting clients with service or product questions, she always makes her self available.
